I've been on the Monroe Institute Gateway Program and it was literally mindblowing to find out what your consciousness can actually do. It fundamentally changed my way of being and I am no longer afraid of death. THAT's what they don't want us to find out: that we are already immortal beings living a temporary 3D existence to learn. I just experienced this in April and knew nothing of it prior. All I did was put in my new airpod pros and before I knew it, i could hear something else in the music and I was put into meditative forced dance trances and lost full control of my body. I could see in full color, moving holographic images with my eyes closed. I felt like I was lucid dreaming while being wide awake and conscious of what I was seeing. No one believes me because it caused me extreme psychosis.. but somehow, I was taken on a journey of the universe and became the MOST creative person (and I wasn’t before) and I want to share it with people. Imagine being shown world histories from the beginning of time as the “original women” bc something showed this to you. Pure chaos.

So this guy was tasked with describing in detail how consiousness and the universe works. Hope he got a pay raise.

Took me a long time to finish this episode (I started listening to it last year). I learned so much in the past year that it was worth the wait to hear this episode in it’s entirety. I can see many of these concepts that have come to life for me personally and I can see the teachings of Dr. Joe and where he might have gotten some insight. Dr. Joe teaches that idea of the pebbles in the water and freezing it and it is now a hologram that makes a pattern. This pattern is a certain frequency and it can be coherent or non-coherent waves. This can be an analog of health in our bodies (our cells at a certain wavelength make health or sickness). The coherent waves have more amplitude and harmony with the universe and therefore make a “healthy” pattern. The non-coherent waves are in dissonance and create “sickness”. When we tune our bodies to the right frequencies, then we observe the “matter” changing and our awareness creates the new state, such as health or sickness.

Wow, i sure appreciate that guy doing all that research for me !! Every time he refers to space time as time space, it makes me think about what quo says about the former being a reality in which time is affected by having a control over space, and and time space being a reality in which location in space is affected by having a control over time. It's too bad he didn't have access to that information, or i'm sure he would have taken it even further , as thorough as he is.

I've recently started listening to Robert monroe gateway videos. I haven't had any OBE yet but that's mainly because i get too relaxed and fall asleep. but before dozing off I'll see pretty and small blue spots that seem to twinkle a lil, like a star. The color is sooooo vivid. next thing you know, it's morning time.

I got to spend a week at the Monroe Institute! I had experienced out of body experiences since early childhood! I was also a regular meditator so the Monroe experience was awesome! I did not do the Gateway Program because U did not want to unlearn my natural abilities to enter at will! I had profound experiences at Monroe and am appreciative of their studies which confirmed all I had learned from childhood! Also i remebered seeing an energetic field when i was 6 yrs old and other kids said that place was haunted but i didnt feel so. I got scared nevertheless n now realise i felt energies even back then. After watching this video I did tons of research on meditation as I was always skeptical and thought it was quackery. I am not religious and I am pretty much all science, reason and logic when it comes to things. But I tried meditating after doing Wim hof breathing and it changed everything. Considering all the scientific evidence of the benefits, I dont understand how this is not the norm and implemented in schools, jobs , jails basically everywhere. Anyhow I am hooked and I feel like i've been living under a rock. lol

Anyone that has a clue knows that yoga,meditation, frequency, vibration, can and does raise your conscious state. Coupled with biofeedback and hypnosis anything may be possible, we've been withheld true knowledge as to what we're capable of, they know this, hence the the "TOP SECRET" classification. Thanks so much dear Brian for sharing this video. I've watched it several times already months ago. This time it helped trigger some memory from an OBE I had experienced when I was in high school around 16 or 17 years old. I didn't know what it was called or know anything about spirituality. As I'm watching this video, I just realized I was able to interact with the 3 friends who were with me at the time...while I'm still out of my body. I could see myself sitting on my bed. I remember asking (thought it, not verbally) one friend what am I doing right now. He said you are sitting on the bed. The interesting thing is that it wasn't the physical version of me who asked him the question. It was the "out of body" version of me who asked the question and I was up above them. I could see the air (what i assume to be air molecules) around me. I made a ball from the air molecules and we were tossing the "air ball" to each other. None of us thought anything unusual had happened and it never came up in conversations.
